Da ich nur wenig Ahnung von Carving Skiern hab bitte ich hiermir um Rat oder um Erfahrungswerte mit diesem (o. vergleichbarem Kneissl).

I rented an Ergo X during this year's ski holiday. I've only skied for 3 years, but I thought it was terrific, and also want to buy a pair. Strangely, Stiftungwarentest didn't give the ski a very good rating, saying that it suffers from quality problems over time. I've since spoken to some ski dealers and they all recommed the Kneissl claiming that it's a popular rental ski and that they've never experienced quality problems.
What I also kind of like about the Kneissl is that it's not such a big name and doesn't appear to invest fortunes in advertising and promotions. Sometimes I wonder if recommendations for other skis have more to do with the monies spent of advertising contracts and less with the actual quality.
